Joshua "Josh" D. Allison is the owner and managing attorney of JOSHUA D. ALLISON, A Professional Law Corporation, and is also the lead litigation attorney in all of the law firm’s areas of practice. His mission is to provide exceptional representation to all of his clients. This only comes by virtue of aggressive advocacy, client responsiveness, and adherence to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics at all times. 

Josh is licensed to practice in all state courts of Louisiana, including all appellate courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court.  He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern,  Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana as well as the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.  He is a current and active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, 22nd JDC Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.

In addition to owning and operating the law firm, Josh serves as the current Chairman of the Republican Parish Executive Committee, an elected position. In this role, Josh and his fellow elected members of the committee endorse certain ballot propositions, conservative and upstanding elected officials, and monitor election integrity. Josh lives with his wife and three children in Tchefuncta Estates near Madisonville, Louisiana and attends First Baptist of Covington.  Josh not only acknowledges but appreciates the important role that one’s personal faith in God often plays in his profession as well as in the personal lives of his many clients.
